She informed me that they had a large staff meeting that day, so were short on staff. I got back in long lineup at hotel desk about 3:40. We couldn’t even wait in lounge, as it doesn't open til 4:30pm on a Friday. We arrived at 2:30, asking for early checkin, but room was not available.
